These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with PMT YachtsPro Trading LLC (“PMT YachtsPro”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through pmtyachtspro.com, email, telephone, WhatsApp or our authorised representatives.
Please review these terms and any package-specific conditions before confirming your booking.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
The person making a booking must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and booking details.
An enquiry or quotation does not reserve a yacht. Your booking is confirmed when availability has been verified, the required payment has been received and we have issued written confirmation.
Your confirmation will identify the selected service, date, time, guest capacity, price and agreed inclusions.
2. Prices and Payments
Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change before confirmation.
A 50% advance payment is normally required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is payable before departure unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Special events, shared tickets and third-party services may require different payment arrangements. Any applicable taxes, fees and additional charges will be disclosed before payment.
3. Package Inclusions
Only services expressly listed in your written confirmation are included.
Catering, decorations, watersports, transfers and other additional services must be agreed in advance. Yacht photographs illustrate the vessel or experience; confirm any feature essential to your booking with our team.
4. Guest Capacity and Boarding
Guest numbers must remain within the yacht’s authorised capacity.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure, or follow the arrival instructions in your confirmation. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booking or qualify for a refund.
Guests must provide identification or passenger information where required by the operator or relevant authorities.
5. Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp.
For standard bookings, cancellations received at least 24 hours before departure may qualify for a refund, subject to the agreed conditions and disclosed processing or third-party charges.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are normally non-refundable.
Approved refunds may take up to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any agreed price difference.
Special-event conditions, including Abu Dhabi Grand Prix packages, will be provided before payment. Those agreed conditions apply to the relevant booking, subject to applicable law.
6. Safety, Weather and Operational Changes
Guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions. The captain and relevant authorities determine whether conditions are safe for sailing, swimming and other activities.
Weather, maritime restrictions, mechanical issues or other operational circumstances may affect the itinerary or service.
If we cannot provide the confirmed service, we will contact you about available alternatives, rescheduling or a refund under the applicable booking conditions. Any material substitution will be discussed with you.
7. Conduct and Care of the Yacht
Guests must behave responsibly and respect the yacht, equipment, crew and other passengers.
Illegal activities, harassment and unsafe behavior are prohibited. Smoking, food, beverages and decorations are subject to the yacht’s rules and applicable regulations.
Please dry off before sitting on upholstered furniture or beds. Guests may be charged reasonable, evidenced costs for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their actions.
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult. Watersports and swimming are permitted only when approved and under the relevant safety instructions.
8. Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and Special Events
Shared yacht packages do not provide exclusive use of the vessel unless expressly stated.
Race visibility, berth location, circuit admission, concert access, catering, transfers and other benefits are included only when specifically confirmed in writing.
Event schedules and access arrangements may be controlled by third parties. The applicable package conditions will explain how material changes or event cancellation affect your booking.
PMT YachtsPro’s package offerings do not imply official affiliation with Formula 1 or the event organizer unless expressly stated and authorized.
9. Partner Services
Some yachts and activities are supplied by partner operators. We will identify relevant supplier conditions before you book.
Nothing in these terms removes responsibilities or consumer rights that apply under law.
10. Personal Belongings and Liability
Please take reasonable care of your belongings and check that you have collected them before leaving.
Any claim involving loss, damage or injury will be considered under the applicable circumstances and law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy and Website Use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or reproduce protected content without permission.
12. Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by applicable UAE law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts as required by law.
Updates will be published with a revised effective date. Changes will not retrospectively alter confirmed bookings unless agreed or legally required.
